iWanderlust LLC built the iWanderlust app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by iWanderlust LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. iWanderlust maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable content. Objectionable content may not be uploaded or displayed to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent, and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker. Any user can flag content they deem objectionable for review. Content will be moderated by iWanderlust to ensure the timely removal of any and all objectionable content. User accounts that have been confirmed responsible for posting objectionable content will be restricted from access to the iWanderlust app. Objectionable content will be reviewed within 24 hours and removed as will the user from the platform.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

In-app purchase policy.
In-app purchases are designed for users to reward and/or support travel creators for the content they create. In-app purchases are not to be used to purchase and then redeem back to themselves. As such, each redemption request will be reviewed for compliance with these terms. Should the requestor not abide by these terms then the redemption request will be denied.
